NEW VENTING FOR BATHROOM EXHAUST FANS

When installing new exhaust fans for your bathrooms we will always make sure they are vented outside. Seen here is two in the soffit and one in the brick. Previous renovations had venting into the attic or in wall space, causing mold and paint issues.

LIGHTING UP YOUR LIFE

Insufficient lighting was installed originally (right) so we upgraded with new LED lights (left). The right side was done to match after this photo

PANEL UPGRADE

3 Subpanels was an overloaded mess at this house. Removed the mess and installed a new full size panel to fit everything.

SERVICE UPGRADE

This old 100 amp fuse box was undersized and 8 feet up the wall. A new 200 amp panel was installed at a height that breakers could be reached without a ladder. As well as a new overhead service and meter base.

Standard homes are rarely built with enough lighting so after discussing the homeowners needs and wants the old fixture was removed and pot lights were added to provide a bright, even light for all work areas.
